Windows - Mapping A Drive With Alternate Credentials

Overview: If you need to map to a resource with different credentials than your default logon, use the following instructions.

1. NET USE [port:] [\\computer\printer [password | ?]]

2. Example:
- Net use s: \\servername\sharename /user:domain\username password

3. Below we are connecting to a server named PLUTO and share named SHARE the domain UNIVERSE and username and password of SMITH and PASS123
- Net use s: \\PLUTO \SHARE /user:UNIVERSE\SMITH PASS123
